Crostini with Smoked Salmon, Horseradish Cream & Dill

Ultimate easy party food that looks fancy but only takes a minute to throw together!

You will need... (24 canapes)

1 thin baguette
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Pkt Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup greek yoghurt
1 tsp horseradish
½ lemon, juice & rind
Salt & pepper
Fresh dill
2 Pkt smoked salmon

Method...
1. Slice the bagette at just over ½ cm thickness. Lay out on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Place in a 180 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes until gold brown and crisp (you will need to flip them over to cook evenly on both sides)
2. In a large bowl, combine the horseradish, lemon, yoghurt & cream cheese with a little salt and cracked black pepper. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and creamy
3. Layer the baguette slices with a smear of horseradish cream, then a half slice of rolled salmon and a few dill leaves. Refrigerate before serving with a little cracked pepper over the top.
